Economical and efficient: Adopting aluminium core conductor, compared with copper core cable, the cost is significantly reduced while meeting the same power transmission requirements, while the abundant resources of aluminium can effectively reduce the overall project cost, saving you money.
Excellent electrical performance: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation has excellent electrical insulation properties, which can effectively prevent leakage and electrical faults, ensuring the safety and stability of power transmission. Its high insulation resistance and breakdown voltage can withstand high working voltage.
High Temperature Resistance: XLPE insulation has good heat resistance and can operate stably at higher temperatures, with a long-term working temperature of up to 90°C, which greatly improves the cable’s current-carrying capacity and service life, and reduces the risk of aging and damage to the cable due to high temperatures.
High mechanical strength: the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath provides good mechanical protection for the cable, with excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and tear resistance, and can adapt to a variety of complex laying environments, such as underground, overhead, etc., to effectively protect the internal structure of the cable from the influence of external factors.
Light weight: the lower density of the aluminium core makes YJV aluminium-core power cables lighter in weight compared with copper-core cables, which is easy to transport and install, reducing the difficulty of construction and labour intensity, and also reduces the requirement for support structures during installation, further saving costs.

Rated voltage: various options, such as 0.6/1kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/15kV, etc., to meet the voltage requirements of different power systems.
Conductor material: high quality aluminium conductor with high purity and excellent conductivity.
Insulation material: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), insulation thickness in accordance with relevant standards to ensure reliable insulation performance.
Sheath material: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with good physical and chemical properties.
Working temperature: the long-term permissible working temperature is 90℃, and the maximum temperature can reach 250℃ in case of short-circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s).
Allowable bending radius: single-core cable is not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable, multi-core cable is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, to facilitate the laying and installation of the cable.
Cable cores: single-core, 2-core, 3-core, 4-core, 5-core and 3 +1, 3 + 2, 4 +1 and other combinations of cores to meet different power transmission needs.
