Product Overview

HLX-PV lightning protection convergence box is up to 24-way PV module string DC input convergence into one or more outputs, each with a fuse, the output is equipped with a lightning protector and circuit breaker, greatly simplifies the DC power distribution cabinet and inverter input wiring. Provide lightning protection, short circuit protection and grounding protection. The convergence box is divided into two types: intelligent and non-intelligent. Intelligent lightning protection convergence box is equipped with a convergence monitoring unit, which can monitor the input current of each photovoltaic cell string, the aggregate output voltage, the temperature of the box and the status of the lightning arrester, the status of the circuit breaker and so on.

The internal arrangement of the device is simple and clear, and the wiring is neat and reasonable. High reliability, simple maintenance outdoor wall-mounted installation, can adapt to a variety of harsh environments. In addition to the relevant core components, others can be customised according to user requirements.

Functions and features

The positive and negative poles of each battery string are equipped with PV special fuses to protect the module string when it fails, and the fuse base and fuses are used together to reduce the owner’s maintenance costs and effectively protect the personal safety of maintenance personnel.
