These conductors have multiple ratings. Depending upon the product application, allowable temperatures
are as follows:
• THHN or T90 Nylon- Dry locations not to exceed 90°C
• THWN-2- Wet or dry locations not to exceed 90° C or locations not to exceed 75° C when exposed
to oil
• THWN- Wet locations not to exceed 75° C or dry locations not to exceed 90° C or locations not
to exceed 75° C when exposed to oil
• TWN75- Wet locations not to exceed 75° C

Application
Nylon sheathed wire and cable than ordinary PVC insulated wire and cable with better electrical and physical properties: nylon sheathed wire and cable with better heat resistance, operating at high temperatures with small weight loss characteristics, can improve the wire transient thermal overload resistance, can slow down or reduce the escape or migration of PVC components. Nylon sheathed wire and cable with corrosion resistance and self-lubricating and oil resistance. Compared with the same cross-section of PVC insulated wires and cables, nylon sheathed wires and cables have a small outer diameter, light weight, static friction coefficient is small and corrosion-resistant, etc., which can improve the safety and applicability of the laying. Nylon sheathed cables are rated at 450/750V and are widely used in household appliances, aerospace systems, construction and lighting. The long-term working temperature of the cable is 90℃ or 75℃, the temperature of laying should not be lower than 0℃, and the bending radius should not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
