GYTS-type Non-self-supporting Aerial Fibre-optic Cable Outdoor Fibre-optic Cable
Product Introduction
The structure of GYTS [Metal Reinforced Component, Loose Tube Layered Filled, Steel-Polyethylene Bonded Sheath Outdoor Communication Optical Cable] optical cable is that single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers are inserted into loose tubes made of high modulus plastic and filled with waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing member. For some optical cables with certain core numbers, a layer of polyethylene is extruded outside the metal center reinforcing member. The loose tubes (and filling ropes) are stranded around the center reinforcing member to form a compact and round cable core. The gaps inside the cable core are filled with water-blocking compound and then extruded with a steel-polyethylene bonded sheath to form the cable.
