Product Structure
- Fiber Optic Core (Core Component): Dual-core single-mode (SMF-28e) or multimode (OM3/OM4) fiber optic cores, with core/cladding diameters of 9/125μm (single-mode) or 50/125μm (multimode).
- Loose Tube: High-quality PBT loose tube effectively protects the fiber optic core from external pressure and mechanical damage.
- Reinforcing Ribs: Non-metallic (FRP) or metallic (galvanized steel wire) reinforcing core material provides strong tensile and compressive strength.
- Water-Blocking Layer: Longitudinal water-blocking tape is wrapped around the cable core material and combined with water-blocking yarn inside the loose tube to form a double water-blocking protection system.
- Armor Layer (Optional): Double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) armor enhances the cable's mechanical protection performance, resisting external impact, rodent bites, and corrosion.
