1. Conductor – Stranded Hard Copper / Aluminum

Material options: High-purity hard copper (resistivity ≤0.017241 Ω·mm²/m) or aluminum (lightweight, cost-effective). Both comply with IEC 60228 Class 2. Good tensile strength for overhead spans.

Structure: Concentric stranded, smooth surface, uniform current distribution, no local overheating.

2. Insulation – Three Options (XLPE / PE / PVC)
All comply with GB/T 14049-2008 for 10kV.

XLPE
– Working temp: 90°C (normal), 250°C (short-circuit ≤5s).
– Low dielectric loss, high insulation resistance, excellent weather/aging resistance.
– Preferred for harsh outdoor, long-distance 10kV lines. -
PE
– Working temp: 70°C. Lightweight, low cost, moisture-resistant.
– Suitable for short spans, rural lines, urban branches. -
PVC
– Working temp: 70°C. Flame-retardant, acid/alkali resistant.
– Suitable for general outdoor use (avoid prolonged direct sun), e.g., workshop overhead lines, short urban branches.
3. Optional Outer Sheath (Weather‑Resistant)

Material: Weather‑resistant PVC or PE.

Function: Enhances UV resistance, abrasion resistance (sand/wind). Extends cable life in high UV, windy, or long‑span overhead environments.

Application

Urban and Rural Power Grid Transformation: As the main cable for 10kV overhead power distribution, it replaces traditional bare wires, improves the safety of power supply, and is suitable for urban main roads, rural villages and towns power grid upgrading projects.

Industrial Parks and Workshops: 35mm² and 95mm² specifications are mainly used for overhead power transmission between workshops and power supply for large-scale equipment; 16mm² is used for branch lines of small equipment, which is convenient for overhead erection and saves space.
