  • Conductor: 4-core (3 phase + 1 ground), Class 5 stranded bare copper, high flexibility, low resistance, tight stranding for minimal deformation under frequent bending.
  • Insulation: EPR/EPDM or nitrile-chloroprene composite rubber, 25kV/mm dielectric strength, heat-resistant (-25°C to +65°C), ozone and moisture resistant.
  • Sheath: Heavy-duty black rubber (CPE/chloroprene), reinforced with flame retardant additives and nano-zinc oxide, abrasion, oil, tear and flame resistant, passes GB/T 18380.36 Class B flame test.
  • Structure: Symmetric 4-core stranding, compact round geometry for uniform stress distribution during dragging, bending and twisting.
