1. Product Overview

Aluminium Braid, also named flexible aluminum braided strap / aluminum braided shielding sleeve, is woven from high-purity aluminum or Al-Mg alloy fine filaments via high-speed horizontal braiding machines, divided into flat braid (flexible grounding busbar) and tubular braid (EMI cable shielding sleeve). It replaces traditional copper braid for lightweight, low-cost conductive connection, grounding and electromagnetic shielding, widely adopted in new energy vehicles, power distribution, marine, aerospace and industrial automation systems.

2.1 Raw Material Layer

  • Bare aluminium braid: 99.7% pure aluminum / 5154 Al-Mg alloy wire, single filament diameter 0.12–0.30mm
  • Tinned aluminium braid: ultra-thin tin plating (2–5μm) on aluminum filament surface, anti-oxidation & anti-galvanic corrosion
